• Contact you about your property by phone and email
• Respond to your inquiries and provide information about our services

3. Who Receives Your Information

Your information may be disclosed to:

• Service providers — we use third-party services to run this website and deliver our emails: Cloudflare (website hosting and content delivery, and Turnstile spam protection for our form) and our email delivery provider (Resend or Postmark). Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives technical information such as your IP address when a page loads. Cloudflare and our email provider process information on our behalf.
• Prospective investor buyers — before a purchase agreement is signed, we do not give prospective investor buyers your name, telephone number, email address, or other direct contact information. We may give them property details, including the property address, so they can evaluate a possible purchase. Property details are not anonymous: the property can be identified and connected to its owner through public records.
• The assignee and escrow or title company — once a purchase agreement is signed, we disclose information as needed to complete the sale.

We disclose your information to the recipients listed above only to evaluate your property and complete a property transaction. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including:

We capture referrer host and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) in our lead emails for measurement purposes. This information is not stored in cookies.

8. Do Not Track

Our website does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals because we do not use tracking technologies that would be affected by DNT.

Our website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
